ALAMO EMS provides Paramedic ambulance and health transportation services to residents of the Mid-Hudson Valley in New York State.

ALAMO was established in 1966 by a sole proprietor (James Alamo).  Today, ALAMO is community owned and governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees comprised of community leaders.

As a not-for profit, charitable organization, all operating surpluses go back into the delivery of ambulance services in the communities we serve.
